Medical-grade footwear purchased from Pure Footwear may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

• The footwear is unworn and in resalable condition.
• All original packaging, tags and accessories are included and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on footwear that has been worn, damaged, or is not in its original resalable condition.
